Common Solutions
iPhone not detected
Make sure your iPhone is unlocked and you've tapped "Trust" when prompted. Try a different USB port or cable. Restart both your iPhone and Mac if the issue persists.
Transfer seems stuck
Keep your iPhone unlocked during transfers—some iOS versions throttle USB when locked. For very large libraries, the initial scan may take a minute. Check the progress counters to see if work is happening.
Photos not showing in destination
Click "Open in Finder" in PhotoPiper to jump to your destination folder. If you enabled date folders, photos will be organized in YYYY/MM subfolders.
Reset PhotoPiper
Use the "Clear" button in the app to reset the transfer catalog. This will make PhotoPiper treat all photos as new on the next scan.
